Adrian Yeung, Partner Adrian is the founder of Loong & Yeung. He has practised in the legal profession for more than 20 years and possesses a Juris Master degree (LL.M). He was professionally qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and Hong Kong in 1993 and 1994 respectively. Adrian practises the laws in many aspects and specialises in commerce, corporate affairs, corporate finance, civil and criminal litigation (including complex commercial litigation and company liquidation cases), violation of director’s duties, corporate compliance, conveyancing, property management, trust and inheritance. On business and company law practices, he has assisted many companies in listing, placing of shares, financing, loans, equity pledges, mergers and acquisitions and securities trading, which concern laws and regulations in the jurisdictions of Hong Kong, Mainland China and other countries. Judy obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpretation, her Master’s degree in Language and Law and her LL.B and the Postgraduate Certificate at the City University of Hong Kong, the University of London and the University of Hong Kong. After graduation, she was trained in handling corporate finance, IPO projects and litigations matters. She was qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2004. Judy engages in different kinds of legal works including commercial drafting, litigations and arbitrations, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions involving Hong Kong and PRC private companies, establishment of Association, and other general conveyancing and probate matters. Steve Suen obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, LL.B and the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the City University of Hong Kong, the University of Hong Kong and Manchester Metropolitan University. He joined our firm in 2006 as a trainee solicitor. Before joining our firm, he had worked for a bank in the United States for 7 years. He was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2008, specialises in corporate finance and IPO companies. He had acted as the General Counsel for a financial service company listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 2012, and had been involved in legal works including compliance works of listed company, IPO, corporate finance, liaising with regulatory authority (including the Securities and Futures Commission) about licensing and compliance issues, taxation and litigation. Vivian graduated from Renmin University of China, Beijing Administration Institute, and the University of Hong Kong. She holds a postgraduate degree in civil and commercial law and finance and has obtained professional qualifications in law, finance, insurance, and the national qualification to practice as a counselor. In July 2019, she obtained a Master's Degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Management from the University of Hong Kong. She started her practice in 1994 and worked at Beijing Beidou Law Firm and Beijing Yizhong Law Firm. She founded Beijing Zhouxun Law Firm in late 1997 as the Chief Managing Partner and later worked as a Senior Consultant at Jingtian Weiwen Law Firm and Qida Law Firm, as well as Tanrich (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited. In 1995, she independently represented a victim in a personal injury compensation case, which resulted in a high level of compensation. Around 1998, she also represented a Chinese celebrity in a divorce case. Amy Lau, Senior Solicitor Amy obtained her Bachelor of Laws from Manchester Metropolitan University of UK and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from City University of Hong Kong. A seasoned solicitor, she offers a rare combination of transactional depth gained in private practice and the commercial insight acquired from senior in-house counsel roles at several Hong Kong listed property groups and the private family office of a prominent Hong Kong ultra-high-net-worth (UNHW) family.
