Adrian Yeung, Partner

Adrian is the founder of Loong & Yeung. He has practised in the legal profession for more than 20 years and possesses a Juris Master degree (LL.M). He was professionally qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and Hong Kong in 1993 and 1994 respectively.

Adrian practises the laws in many aspects and specialises in commerce, corporate affairs, corporate finance, civil and criminal litigation (including complex commercial litigation and company liquidation cases), violation of director’s duties, corporate compliance, conveyancing, property management, trust and inheritance. On business and company law practices, he has assisted many companies in listing, placing of shares, financing, loans, equity pledges, mergers and acquisitions and securities trading, which concern laws and regulations in the jurisdictions of Hong Kong, Mainland China and other countries.

On corporate finance practice, he has been involved in a number of successful listing projects of Main Board and GEM, such as Yat Sing Holdings Limited (Stock Code : 3708), LEAP Holdings Group Limited (Stock Code : 1499), Bao Shen Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 8151) and Fraser Holdings Limited (Stock Code : 8366) (renamed as Zhejiang United Investment Holdings Group Limited). He had also acted as the legal adviser of listed companies, such as Kwan On Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 8305) (renamed as Tong Kee (Holding) Limited) and JC Group Holdings Limited (Stock Code : 8326) (renamed as Tonking New Energy Group Holdings Limited).

Adrian also regularly participates in the exercise of due diligence relating to listing, mergers and acquisitions of companies and other aspects on various issues, including litigation, land and property, relevant industry laws and regulations, intellectual property and corporate compliance investigation.

Further, Adrian has substantial experience in investigations by the Securities and Future Commission and other regulatory body on misconducts of licensed persons, securities trading by listed companies and their directors/officers in breach of the Securities and Futures Ordinance and other relevant laws, such as insider trading, market misconduct, and breach of disclosure duties.

Judy Mak, Partner

Judy obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpretation, her Master’s degree in Language and Law and her LL.B and the Postgraduate Certificate at the City University of Hong Kong, the University of London and the University of Hong Kong. After graduation, she was trained in handling corporate finance, IPO projects and litigations matters. She was qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2004.

Judy engages in different kinds of legal works including commercial drafting, litigations and arbitrations, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions involving Hong Kong and PRC private companies, establishment of Association, and other general conveyancing and probate matters.

For corporate finance practice, she has involved in a number of successful listing projects, such as Yat Sing Holdings Limited (Stock Code : 3708), LEAP Holdings Group Limited (Stock Code : 1499), Fraser Holdings Limited (Stock Code : 8366) (renamed as Zhejiang United Investment Holdings Group Limited) and Bao Shen Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 8151). Steve Suen, Partner

Steve Suen obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, LL.B and the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the City University of Hong Kong, the University of Hong Kong and Manchester Metropolitan University. He joined our firm in 2006 as a trainee solicitor. Before joining our firm, he had worked for a bank in the United States for 7 years. He was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2008, specialises in corporate finance and IPO companies. He had acted as the General Counsel for a financial service company listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 2012, and had been involved in legal works including compliance works of listed company, IPO, corporate finance, liaising with regulatory authority (including the Securities and Futures Commission) about licensing and compliance issues, taxation and litigation. He rejoined our firm in 2014.

Steve principally focuses on Hong Kong listing projects and legal compliance of Hong Kong listed companies. Jason Leung, Partner

Jason Leung obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree and the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the City University of Hong Kong and was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2004. Jason had been working in the department of corporate finance at Li & Partners for 11 years. He joined our firm in 2015.

Jason specialises in corporate finance, general corporate and commercial and intellectual property. Vivian Wu, Chief Business Officer

Vivian graduated from Renmin University of China, Beijing Administration Institute, and the University of Hong Kong. She holds a postgraduate degree in civil and commercial law and finance and has obtained professional qualifications in law, finance, insurance, and the national qualification to practice as a counselor. In July 2019, she obtained a Master's Degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Management from the University of Hong Kong.

She started her practice in 1994 and worked at Beijing Beidou Law Firm and Beijing Yizhong Law Firm. She founded Beijing Zhouxun Law Firm in late 1997 as the Chief Managing Partner and later worked as a Senior Consultant at Jingtian Weiwen Law Firm and Qida Law Firm, as well as Tanrich (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited.

In 1995, she independently represented a victim in a personal injury compensation case, which resulted in a high level of compensation. Around 1998, she also represented a Chinese celebrity in a divorce case.

She has extensive experience in handling civil, economic, and arbitration cases, both independently and jointly with her colleagues. She has acted as a legal advisor to dozens of Chinese companies and enterprises, including Beijing Jinghua Trust and Investment Company (a direct subsidiary of the Beijing Municipal Government), Beijing Securities, Wanda Real Estate, and Guangdong Yuexiu Enterprise Group (a municipal subsidiary of the Guangdong Provincial Government). She was also a member of the Beijing Municipal Government's Liquidation Group, which is involved in various fields, including finance. She specializes in real estate investment and financing, finance and securities, and other related litigation matters. Over 90% of the cases she has handled have resulted in successful outcomes or have been settled through mediation. She has also participated in and assisted in non-litigation legal practices involving family wealth management and inheritance, corporate listing, mergers and acquisitions, and fund establishment.

Amy Lau,  Senior Solicitor

Amy obtained her Bachelor of Laws from Manchester Metropolitan University of UK and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from City University of Hong Kong. A seasoned solicitor, she offers a rare combination of transactional depth gained in private practice and the commercial insight acquired from senior in-house counsel roles at several Hong Kong listed property groups and the private family office of a prominent Hong Kong ultra-high-net-worth (UNHW) family. She joined the firm in 2025.

Amy's practice focuses on corporate finance and private client matters. On the corporate finance side, she has advised sponsors, underwriters and listing applicants on Main Board and GEM IPOs of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, including Orient Securities International Holdings Limited (Stock code: 8001) and Regal Partners Holdings Limited (previously known as Morris Holdings Limited) (Stock code: 1575);

Amy also advises listed and non-listed clients on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate re-structuring, financing, merger & acquisition, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. She has served as legal adviser to Hong Kong listed companies on ongoing Listing Rules compliance, disclosure obligations and corporate governance, including K. On the private client side, Amy is a Full Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP, UK). She has extensive experience advising UHNW families and individuals on the establishment and restructuring of onshore and offshore trust structures for estate, succession and tax planning purposes, as well as pre-IPO trust planning.

Becky Xu, Senior Solicitor

Linda obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the University of Hong Kong. She was qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2011. She joined our firm in 2015.

Linda principally focuses on Hong Kong listing projects and legal compliance of Hong Kong listed companies. Catherine Tang, Assistant Solicitor

Catherine obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of British Columbia and her LL.B and the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the Univer-sity of Hong Kong. She was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2008.

Catherine has practised law in civil litigation matters, particularly in debt recovery cases for financial institutions and money lenders. She joined our firm in 2019.

Stephen Lam, Assistant Solicitor

Stephen obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Financial Management at University of Surrey. He completed his Juris Doctor degree at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the University of Hong Kong. He has been an associate member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute since 2018. He was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2023 and joined our firm in the same year.

Stephen is experienced in various corporate and company secretarial matters. He was involved in a number of successful initial public offering on the Main Boardand GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, including On Real International Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 8245), Get Nice Financial Group Limited (Stock Code: 1469), IBO Technology Company Limited (Stock Code: 2708) and MOG Holdings Limited (renamed as MOG Digitech Holdings Limited) (StockCode: 1942). Josephine Zhu, Assistant Solicitor

Josephine obtained her Juris Doctor and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the City University of Hong Kong, and holds a Master of Arts in Translation and Bilingual Communication from the Hong Kong Baptist University. She was admittedas a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2023 and joined the firm in 2025.

Josephine's practice covers corporate finance and general corporate and commercial matters, including initial public offerings on the Main Board and GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, notifiable and/or connected transactions, placings, rights issues, and general compliance matters under the Listing Rules, the Securities and Futures Ordinance, and the Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and Share Buy-backs. She also has experience advising financial institutions on licensing applications to the Securities and Futures Commissionof Hong Kong in respect of licensed corporations, including assessing the credentials of Responsible Officer, director and chief executive officer candidates, advising on shareholding and organisational structures, and liaisingwith the regulator. She has also assisted licensed corporations with ongoing compliance matters and delivered professional training on regulatory topics including anti-money laundering, market misconduct and corporate governance.

In addition, Josephine handles a broad spectrum of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, including asset recovery for victims of fraud, employment and contractual disputes, debt recovery, landlord and tenant matters, personalinjury claims, as well as immigration and criminal cases.

Josephine's matrimonial and family law practice encompasses divorce and judicial separation, child custody and maintenance, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and the division of matrimonial assets. She also advises private clients on the preparation of wills and related estate planning matters.

Karen Sung, Trainee Solicitor

Karen obtained her LL.B and Postgraduate Certificatein Laws at the Manchester Metropolitan University and University of Hong Kong. She joined our firm as a Trainee Solicitor in July 2025.

Yvonne Zhang, Paralegal

Yvonne obtained her Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Law and Business at Hong Kong Shue Yan University. She joined our firm in 2015 as a paralegal.

Jonas Chan, Paralegal

Jonas obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communication from PolyU-SPEED. He joined our firm as a paralegal in November 2025.
